DIRECTIONS:
We are located northeast of the town of Erie, between Highway 52 and Erie Parkway (previously Leon Wurl/CR8) on County Rd 5.
From Fort Collins:
- South on I-25 to Exit 235 (Hwy 52)
- Go west on Hwy 52 (about 3 miles) to CR5
- From Highway 52, go south on CR5 about 2 miles.
- We will be on the left (east) side of the road with a sign reading "Plane View Farm" at the end of the driveway.
From Denver/Westminster:
- North on I-25 to Exit 232.
- Turn west (this is Erie Parkway).
- Go a few miles on Erie Parkway to your 1st stop sign, (CR5)
- Go north on County Rd 5 (Erie High School will be on your right).
- Go about 2 1/2 miles, just past the "low flying aircraft" sign you will see our "Plane View Farm" sign on the right (east) side of the road.
From Boulder:
- Take Hwy 52 east to CR5.
- From Highway 52, go south on CR5 about 2 miles.
- We will be on the left (east) side of the road with a sign reading "Plane View Farm" at the end of the driveway.
